Staff was accommodating at all times. There's Le Saint Georges within 5 minutes walk or so, loved their menu.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. ideal base for a short stay in phnom penh. the balcony was a wonderful addition to the room. the venue was set in the central position.
The bed was not comfortable here.
